The grapes are picked up manually, starting from October. The
production is of 8 tons per hectare.

Wine making process
Maceration on the skins and the fermentation take place on oak vats, for
15 days. The maturation is made in stainless steel vats and battonage on fine yeasts. The fermentation is made only with the help of selected yeasts. The maceration is done with the purpose of extracting soft tannins
and producing balanced wines, with complex structure.
Tasting notes
Visual: clear, intense ruby red
Smell: rich favors, mainly of blackberries and marochinno Taste: an intense wine, structured, with soft tannins.
Alcohol 13%
